How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > PixelPDF. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Why are my photos not loading?

Make sure PixelPDF has permission to access your photos in Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos > PixelPDF. If the issue persists, try restarting the app.

How do I restore my premium features?

Go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Can I use PixelPDF offline?

Yes! PixelPDF works completely offline for photo to PDF conversion. You only need internet for cloud sync and accessing premium features for the first time.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. All photo processing happens locally on your device. We never access your photos, and cloud sync uses your personal iCloud account with end-to-end encryption.
