These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the PixelPDF mobile application ("App") operated by PixelPDF ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using PixelPDF, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App, including both free and premium subscribers.

App License

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use PixelPDF on your iOS devices for personal, non-commercial use.

License Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Distribute, license, or sell the App to third parties
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices from the App

User Accounts

PixelPDF offers both free and premium features. Premium features include:

Subscription Plans

We offer several subscription plans:

• Weekly Premium: $4.99/week with 3-day free trial
• Annual Premium: $29.99/year (50% savings)
• Free Trial: 7-day trial of premium features

Billing and Payment

Free Trials

Free trials allow you to test premium features before committing to a subscription:

• Trial periods vary by subscription plan
• You can cancel anytime during the trial period without charge
• If you don't cancel, you'll be charged the subscription fee
• Trial availability may be limited to new users

Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your App Store account settings. Refund policies are governed by Apple's App Store terms:

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds for unused portions of subscription periods
• Contact Apple Support for refund requests
• Premium features remain accessible until subscription expires

User Content and Conduct

Your Content

You retain ownership of all photos and documents you process through PixelPDF. By using the App, you represent that:

• You own or have the right to use all uploaded content
• Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• Your content is not obscene, defamatory, or harmful
• You will not upload malicious or corrupted files

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use PixelPDF to:

• Process copyrighted material without permission
• Create or distribute illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• We never access or view your photos
• All processing happens locally on your device

Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee that PixelPDF will be available 100% of the time. The App may be unavailable due to:

• Technical difficulties
• Force majeure events
• Internet connectivity issues

Limitation of Liability

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PixelPDF and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App

Termination

Termination by You

You may stop using PixelPDF at any time by deleting the App from your device and canceling any active subscriptions.

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to PixelPDF immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Abuse or harm our service or other users
• Fail to pay subscription fees

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Your data may be deleted, though locally stored PDFs on your device will remain accessible.
